Social Media Manager

Job Description:

  • Develop and implement a social media strategy that aligns with the company’s goals.
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Monitor social media performance and generate reports on key metrics.
  • Engage with the audience by responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with marketing and content teams to ensure cohesive branding.
  • Stay updated with trends in social media and digital marketing.
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns and budgets.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience managing social media platforms for a business.
  • Strong knowledge of social media analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
  • Excellent writing and content creation skills.
  • Ability to develop creative campaigns that drive engagement.
  • Knowledge of social media advertising and paid campaigns.
