Job Description:
- Design and execute strategies that align with company goals and ensure a continuous pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Lead, train, and develop the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets and maintain quality standards.
- Work closely with various departments to understand their hiring needs and create job descriptions, interview processes, and timelines.
- Ensure a positive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to final offer.
- Coordinate and conduct interviews alongside department heads and hiring managers to assess candidate fit.
- Track key metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, quality of hire, cost-per-hire) and analyze data to optimize recruitment processes.
- Promote the company’s brand as an attractive employer through recruitment marketing initiatives.
- Ensure all recruitment activities are in compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Regularly review recruitment processes and implement improvements to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment law.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment campaigns and meet deadlines.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
- Leadership and team management experience.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to recruitment challenges.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in the BPO industry or a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with recruitment marketing techniques and employer branding.
