Performance Planner

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement performance planning strategies that align with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and other metrics to assess the efficiency and effectiveness of operations.
  • Prepare performance forecasts and analyze trends to anticipate future business needs.
  • Collaborate with department heads to ensure that performance objectives are met and resources are effectively allocated.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations for improving operational processes.
  • Develop and manage performance dashboards and reporting tools for tracking progress.
  • Lead regular performance reviews and coordinate planning meetings with key stakeholders.
  • Identify bottlenecks and provide solutions to enhance workflow and productivity.
  • Ensure that performance strategies comply with company policies and industry standards.
  • Support the continuous improvement of performance management systems.
  • Prepare detailed performance reports and present findings to senior management.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in performance planning, operational management, or a similar role (minimum 3-5 years).
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
  • Proficiency in performance management software and tools (e.g., KPI tracking tools, dashboard applications).
  • Experience in developing and executing performance improvement plans.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex data to various audiences.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented and proactive, with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific performance standards is a plus.
