Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement performance planning strategies that align with organizational goals and objectives.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and other metrics to assess the efficiency and effectiveness of operations.
- Prepare performance forecasts and analyze trends to anticipate future business needs.
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure that performance objectives are met and resources are effectively allocated.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations for improving operational processes.
- Develop and manage performance dashboards and reporting tools for tracking progress.
- Lead regular performance reviews and coordinate planning meetings with key stakeholders.
- Identify bottlenecks and provide solutions to enhance workflow and productivity.
- Ensure that performance strategies comply with company policies and industry standards.
- Support the continuous improvement of performance management systems.
- Prepare detailed performance reports and present findings to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in performance planning, operational management, or a similar role (minimum 3-5 years).
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
- Proficiency in performance management software and tools (e.g., KPI tracking tools, dashboard applications).
- Experience in developing and executing performance improvement plans.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex data to various audiences.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Detail-oriented and proactive, with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of industry-specific performance standards is a plus.
