Recruitment Manager

Job Description:

  • Design and execute strategies that align with company goals and ensure a continuous pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Lead, train, and develop the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets and maintain quality standards.
  • Work closely with various departments to understand their hiring needs and create job descriptions, interview processes, and timelines.
  • Ensure a positive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to final offer.
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews alongside department heads and hiring managers to assess candidate fit.
  • Track key metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, quality of hire, cost-per-hire) and analyze data to optimize recruitment processes.
  • Promote the company’s brand as an attractive employer through recruitment marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities are in compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Regularly review recruitment processes and implement improvements to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment law.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment campaigns and meet deadlines.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
  • Leadership and team management experience.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to recruitment challenges.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in the BPO industry or a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with recruitment marketing techniques and employer branding.
