Legal and Compliance Officer

Job Description:

  • Ensure the company’s adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor compliance programs.
  • Provide legal advice and risk assessments to management.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, policies, and agreements.
  • Conduct audits to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Coordinate with external legal counsel for complex issues.
  • Stay updated with changes in laws and regulations affecting the company’s operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Legal Studies, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a legal or compliance role.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate law, regulations, and compliance frameworks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
